Second Baptist School is seeking a full-time WEB COORDINATOR for the 2022-2023 school year.

Work Calendar: Eleven Month: August - June (some work in July)
The web coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing the school's website in a manner that represents the pursuit of excellence at SBS. The SBS website is a crucial marketing tool and must be secure, functional, visually appealing, user-friendly and consistently updated. The web coordinator will attend to all tasks that align with these expectations while maintaining the knowledge necessary to drive innovation. This position reports to the marketing specialist and works within the institutional advancement team to increase enrollment through lead captures and lead nurturing via the website.
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES.
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage metadata and other search engine optimization strategies.
Maintain documentation of all website-related processes and procedures.
Oversee website stakeholders and maintain a schedule for review to ensure branding consistency and messaging.
Manage the website committee along with regular meetings.
Collaborate with technology office on matters related to Finalsite - Blackbaud interface.
Regularly review broken links.
Implement and stay up to date with site updates while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
Monitor bots/security threats.
Design and build out new web pages.
Assist in marketing-based website initiatives such as landing pages, lead magnets and pop-ups.
Maintain internal affiliations (employees/coaches).
Partner with communications and marketing to maintain brand continuity across all sites.
Technical point of contact for Finalsite.
Manage and maintain third-party link placement on the website (i.e., Facebook pixel).
Be responsible for registrations functions and form development.
Facilitate the development of website initiatives that include:
Second Baptist School University-Model microsite development and upkeep
Admissions and enrollment events
Athletic and arts department page enhancements
Establish workflow functionality across advancement and admissions departments in conjunction with marketing.
Report on web-based data analytics.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Work with marketing to maintain up-to-date third-party web pages (i.e., Niche).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED.
To perform this job successfully, candidates must have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other areas of the school and support their needs when related to the website.
Knowledge of and previous experience with SEO, HTML and coding.
Knowledge of and previous experience with website platforms and management tools.
Knowledge of and previous experience with web-based security.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to provide clear guidance, instructions or information.
Skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities and performing complex tasks while managing multiple projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills and personal time management to meet tight deadlines.
Appreciation, understanding and knowledge of the Second Baptist School mission, policies, procedures and philosophy.
