Students participate in daily workouts in order to improve cardiovascular fitness, core strength, flexibility and agility. Activities include cycling, running (distance and sprint workouts), kickboxing, yoga, agility drills and instruction in light weightlifting techniques. Students will work to increase kinesthetic awareness by developing a more mindful connection between the body and the brain. This is an excellent option for off-season athletes. Note: Students must enroll in the Fitness Class if they do not participate on an SBS athletics team.
