Athletic Performance

Second Baptist School high school athletes utilize weight room equipment to enhance their performance.

Athletic Training Built on Biblical Principles

Second Baptist School’s Athletic Performance program is designed to mentor student athletes and teach leadership by building Christ-like men and women through athletic training built on biblical principles. SBS works year-round , including on and off season, to create multi-sport athletes, enhancing their performance on the field or court. Students train as well-rounded athletes, focusing on progress that extends to their sport and overall health, rather than the amount of weight lifted or reps completed. Ultimately, training extends beyond athletic competition and performance enhancement and into overall student confidence and wellbeing.
