Middle School Extreme Eagle Day!

Middle School Extreme Eagle Day!

School spirit was on full display as middle school students packed the E Gym in a sea of blue and gold for the Extreme Eagle Pep Rally. From competitive games and spirited dances to class yells that nearly raised the roof, the afternoon was loud, colorful and unmistakably SBS!

And the outfits? Whether in homemade blue-and-gold overalls, matching eagle onesies or inflatable costumes, these middle schoolers did not disappoint! Students from each grade who took Extreme Eagle to the next level with their outfits were selected for the “Best Costume” awards:

  • Fifth Grade: Hudson Dewan, Coco Manion and Nicole Hernandez
  • Sixth Grade: Falcon Ebrahimi and Lucy Pipkin
  • Seventh Grade: Johnny Boatman and Shylah Verburgt
  • Eighth Grade: Charlotte Blazei and Brooks Kelley

The annual class yells got students on their feet as each grade competed for bragging rights, and this year, the eighth graders came out on top!

Emcees Caroline Patterson ‘08 and Philip Addison kept the crowd engaged throughout the pep rally, introducing our volleyball, football and cross country teams and giving middle school students plenty to cheer about this fall.

From elaborate costumes to class-wide chants, Extreme Eagle delivered exactly what its name promises: a big dose of blue-and-gold school spirit!

Go Eagles!
