ABOUT

Welcome

Our Mission

The mission of Second Baptist School is to train students in areas of knowledge that will allow them to understand clearly, to think deeply, to judge wisely, and to have the courage to live their lives on the great principles and convictions of biblical truth as they engage an innovative and digitally-based global community.

Welcome from Dr. Jeff D. Williams

Welcome to Second Baptist School. This is an exciting time in the life of our school family, as we work together to advance the mission of SBS and to further God’s work in the world around us.

Many aspects distinguish Second Baptist School as an outstanding educational institution is our exemplary academics. As we seek to be the best in the world at providing a Christian college-preparatory program for students in grades PK-12, our faculty teaches students how to learn through a biblical lens.

We prepare young men and women, not just for college, but also for life beyond school. Our aim is to educate, not indoctrinate. At Second Baptist School, students are encouraged to pursue their individual callings and excel to the best of their abilities.

As you explore our website, I hope you’ll get a better sense of the school that I love: a place where learning is contagious, the faculty is engaging, faith deepens and exciting things happen. If you share this passion and mission, I invite you to visit our campus. In the meantime, welcome to Second Baptist School.

Our Passion

Our passion is to bring every student into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while equipping them to do with excellence that which God has called them to do.

Honor Code

As a member of the Second Baptist School community, I will not lie, cheat or steal; I will do my best to exemplify Christlike integrity in my academic and personal endeavors and encourage others to act accordingly.
